Body Solve Service Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Emma understands that life can get busy and strongly believes that your time is valuable, as is hers. Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. Emma values your business, and whilst she tries to be as flexible to your needs as possible, out of consideration, she kindly asks that you respect the scheduling policies that apply, as per the following:
Cancellation Policy – (including short notice re-schedule’s and no shows)
Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, it would be appreciated if you could notify Emma at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or re-schedule’s with less than 12 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of $25. Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification (no show) may be charged in full for the scheduled service. Body Solve is a small Owner Operated business, when you miss an appointment, not only does Emma lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Short notice could prevent Emma from being able to contact and accommodate wait-listed clients. Emma understand that unexpected things happen sometimes, and the more notice you provide, the more likely she will be able to fill your missed appointment.
Please note: Repeat offenders who cancel at short notice, or simply don’t show up to their appointment may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
Please speak directly to the Emma if you have incurred a fee and feel it is unjust for any reason.
Late Arrival Policy
All treatment sessions have a specific time scheduled. If you arrive late, Emma may still be able to accommodate a full appointment, where her schedule will allow. However, this will be at Emma’s discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. If there is another appointment following, she may not be able to offer an extension of your appointment and may only be able to see you for the time remaining. In this case, Emma retains the right to charge the full treatment fee.
No Show Policy
At Body Solve, Emma understands that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, work commitments or children’s illnesses are just a few reasons why you might need to cancel a massage appointment. We ask that you call, or text where possible, if you are unable to keep your appointment. Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification may be charged in full for the booked service.
